QPG Series Air Stream Spray Drier
Principle:
The clean air is heated and entered into the drying tower, the raw material inside the tower is atomization and becomes mini liquid drops through nozzies of two or three liquids. The raw materials carry out heat exchange with the hot air rapidly to evaporate the moisture (solvent) in the raw materials. The moisture or solvent is discharged accompany with hot air, then the powder product is got.

Features:
It is better for raw materials that are large in viscosity and grease and paste. The other equipment can not replace it.
More varieties and wide application in drying with lower temperature.
The nozzle is simple in structure, convenient in maintenance and lower cost in operation.
